本的hourly rate 就是30。如果转成independent contractor，hourly rate多少合理
？30X2=60？ or 30x2.5=75？ |

3-4别人为什么找你，不找正规的公司呢？除非你掌握的什么技术一般公司做不了。

faculty做consulting，他们都没有这个insurance。
health insurance不需要，但是也要考虑到费用里面不是。

这个跟自己搞个公司有区别吗？
因为知道有少数人公司(minority),这个一般好多大项目因为有一定的比例必须给这样
的公司。
那这个independent contractor 有什么区别？ |

full time转的，多数的事情还是给老雇主做。

那个给minority的项目是比较正规的小公司了。
