have the most recent existing condition model.

need a hh guy to run, to revise the model, to interpret the results.

This is just a little house built in the flood way. I figured that I need to
hire a surveyor to determine the elevation of the house and I just need to
certify that it is above flood level.
That's not typical civil project like a bridge piers etc. So I think I am
under control.
Do you know how to do the modeling? In case I still need to do that, can I
pay you to do it for me? Thanks!!!

elevation certified and download FIRM map from FEMA website to determine if
the house is above that level.
