9、10月份开始启用。推出中国国际支付系统（CIPS）将取消人民币国际化进程的一个
主要障碍，可能会增加国际交换中人民币的份量，减少交易手续费，缩短处理期限。一
位银行高层人士透露，中国国际支付系统已经就绪，中国已经选择了20家银行进行试点
。其中13家是中国的银行，其余的是外国银行的子公司。正式启用将在9月或10月间，
根据试点和准备的情况决定。
另一个消息渠道证实，如果一切顺利，将在9月或10月启用国际支付系统。万一需
要更多的时间完成筹备，估计最晚会在年底之前实施。

Oil trading in US dollars is what has kept the US dollar afloat during
all ourdeficit spending for the last 50 years because everyone in the world
who wantsoil has to hold US Dollars, now they don't? :o(
Bummer better pay off the national debt as soon as possible or we may
end uplike Russia...

用人民币？
用美元进行石油交易正是过去50年来美国赤字开支的情况下美元依然坚挺的原因所
在，因为全世界想要购买石油的国家都得持有美元，现在他们不用持有美元了？
美国最好尽快把国债偿清，否则我们的结果会和俄罗斯一样的。

Years ago Saddam Hussein tried to buck thetrend by selling Iraq's oil
not in US dollar. The US cooked up some stories ofIraq's WMD & used that as
an excuse to invade her. Soon afterward Gaddafimoved too close to China by
allowing plenty of Chinese investment in Libya'soil industry. The US stirred
the rebellion in Libya which forced out Gaddafi& killed him.
Now China is trying to get other countries to move away from the USD.
Americaalready awared of that. That's why you keep seeing the US & allies'
mediaetrying to demonise China. But China is not Iraq or Libya. So the US
can'tinvade her at will. China is not Russia either. So no way they can
sanctionher.
The US won't accept any challenge to her USD. Once countries start to
trade inalternate currency, that's the day the dollar will collapse. The
dollar is notbacked in gold but on trust only. If they are backed in gold,
can Americasimply print money just like that? No way. And that's means the
dollar will beworthless soon if China succeed in getting her yuan
internationalized. Will shesucceeds? Yes, I can bet on it.

印刷美元吗？完全不可能。所以一旦中国成功将的人民币国际化，那么这意味着美元将
