Funny cartoon. But Uncle Sam really helped
saved some panda's ass some 70 years ago. And
even now, Uncle Sam is not the main obstacle/
objector to panda's strength. Someone else is
a lot more interested in "containing" China,
but that someone else exercise a lot of soft
