the rooms we are looking for should be:
1.Funished (bed, desk, closet, drawers),
2.Safe and convenient neighborhood, close to the subway station.
3. We prefer the rooms in an apartment rather than an individual house.
4. our budget is 1200 maximum including all utilities.
