It's a 4 bdr 2 bathroom apartment. We have 2 guys and 1 girl signed up
already, all in our mid 20s, preferably looking for another girl to join in
to sign the lease. You will get the largest room with two closets. The
bigger one is so huge that I would rather call it a private storage room.
You and another girl will share a bathroom. Super huge living room. Both
kitchen and living room have big windows. Very good lighting. Utilities all
included in the rent, including Electricity!!!!!This place is 5min walk to F
train station and the environment on this little island is amazing. The apt
is on the 4th floor. You have to sign a one year contract and the last
month is free! So the actually rent is cheaper than $1125 per month. We also
plan to add another roommate to our living room if you do not mind, which
will reduce roughly $200 per month for everyone. For this fantastic location
, you cannot get a better deal than this. And there is very little housing
offers in the market now from Roosevelt Island. So you need to act fast, as
we need to sign the lease before July 1st!!
