1 booklet (1 set, $400) can be used for one ticket. Total 4
booklets (4 sets) in hand.
How to: Transaction
1. Paper certificate can be redeemed at ticket counter or
authorized dealer over the phone
You can find your ticket price online, call customer service (800) 864-
8331. When the automated system answers, you can say, "Customer
service," to be connected with an agent. Provide the agent with the
voucher numbers and the reservation you want to book including dates and
times you want to travel to hold the ticket. You can research
itineraries on the United website. Travel must be more than 10 days out
or this transfer will not work
2. I will mail the paper-voucher to the United Airline Discount
Certificate office: United Airlines Discount Certificates, P.O. Box
6046, Dearborn, MI, 48121.
3. Your ticket and credit card will not be charged by United until
I mail them the voucher.
Full Voucher conditions:
Need to call customer service 1-800-United-1 (1-800-864-8331) or book it
via ticketing counter.
Valid for travel only on United Airlines/United Express
Non Combinable/Non Refundable/Non Extend/Void if Mutilated
No cash value/No residual balance on partly used coupons
