Available Now! NO lease! I have one bedroom available for rent in my two
bedroom apt. The room is in great condition, newly renovated, hard wood
floors, not furnished. There is a large window and a small closet in the
room. It is 5 min walk to train and Queens Center Mall, plenty of dining and
shopping nearby. 30 min train to midtown Manhattan. Rent plus one third of
utilities,Internet, gas and electricity. Our neighborhood is safe, quiet and
clean. There is plenty of street parking available nearby. Long term renter
is preferred, short term is also welcome. Currently two people live here,
we are looking for a roommate to rent out the extra room. We are pretty easy
going and generally keep to ourselves. No smoking, no drama. A great fit
for working professional or student. One month rent and one month deposit
