I'm a female young professional working in Exton, want to rent a room in
Exton/Downingtown/West Chester/Malvern area starting at 06-2012. Private
bathroom is perferred.
Also, if you are looking for a room near this area, we can rent a 2BR/2BR
apt together, the price is about 650-700/month per person including all
utility. Plus, it is very convienient for living - shopping(Exton Mall),
Chinese Restaurant(Han Dynasty),grocery,etc.
I'm a clean person and very easy to get along with. Either female or male
roommate is ok.
