Looking for a nice housemate to share a very nice and big house in northeast
Philadelphia, near Bustleton Ave., Philadelphia, 19152. You can move in
from this July or August. It is at a peaceful and beautiful area, next to 58
and 20 bus, which runs to Frankford transportation center. 28 bus, which is
at front of it, runs to train station of trenton line or fox chase line. It
takes about 25 minutes to university city by driving or about an hour by
public transportation.The house has 3 rooms upstairs, 2 and a half restrooms
, one living room, one formal dining room, one and a half kitchens, a full
basement with a washer and a dryer, a detached garage and plenty of parking
space at the front or back of the house and a garden around the house. It is
fully furnished in the house. This room has 3 windows, 2 closets,a twin
size bed, a book shelf and etc. The furniture can be moved according to need
