楼下就是Ferry和lightrail，宽敞明亮，很多空间，附近有超市，小饭馆，非常适合家
庭居住。楼里各样设施俱全。
The apartment is in one of the most luxury buildings in Jersey City, 77
Hudson Street. It is brand-new, 937 sq ft, 1 BR/1.5 Bath unit with bright
light. As it is one of the largest 1 bed rooms in the building, you get lots
of storage space including a big walk-in closet. The kitchen is equipped
with all brand new high-end appliances. Washer and dryer are also included
in the apartment. Super easy commute as NY Ferry, PATH and Light Rail are
all at your doorstep. (One stop to WTC through PATH). Parking is also
available for an additional fee.
The building itself has over 44,000 s.f. of amenities including a rooftop
pool & hot tub, grill area, fire pit, cinema, yoga room, sauna, steam room,
dog park, and more. And 77 Hudson is completely sheathed in glass walls,
allowing unobstructed panoramic views and extraordinary light. The unit is
