for rent. You can walk to the subway (J,M,Z trains- Flushing ave, Myrtle Ave
, ) stations in 5 minutes and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Manhattan.
Supermarket, deli, restaurants, laundromat, gym and hospital are all within
one block or two walking distance.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a brownstone building, sun-drenched and
faces south. It is over 800 sq feet and furnished with matching furniture.
They are used but mainly from West Elm. Along with other home appliances, I
also throw in a 32 Plasma TV. Rent is $1,400 and you can move in right
away.
