Hancock Village of Chestnut Hill. Hancock Village locates only minutes
southwest of downtown Boston or other locations including Longwood and MGH.
Residents can take a shuttle or "51" bus to the subway, and easy access to
major highways. It has luxurious amenities such as a tennis court, movie
theatre, Internet cafe, resident lounge, fitness center, and on-site
shopping. It also features a park-like setting, topped off with a value for
the money not often found in Chestnut Hill apartment rentals in and around
the area.
The townhome has one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms, and has its own
washer/dryer and a separated storage room. It sits in a quiet, neat, and
garden-like community, and the yard faces to the beautiful Hancock woods. A
parking spot is included. It will be evacuated before Oct 1st. Beyond Oct,
you may have to talk with the landlord about the lease renew issues. The
rental for Oct sublease is $1800.
