The room for rent is 14' x 14' plus closet, brand new bed and nightstand
from Jordan's Furniture, brand new memory foam mattress still with cover on.
TownHouse:
Washer/Dryer in house, central air, central vacuum, Parking Space available,
garage available with extra fee. Brand new furniture (Sofa will arrive
later, not shown in the pictures), brand new 55 inch flat screen TV with
Xbox and Playstation. The Town House is 2700 Square Ft total, wit only
housemate is the owner

Winchester Downtown, T station, Winchester Horn pond all within 1 mile, 20
mins to North Station by commuter rail.
