Engineers. Support Engineers will provide support for diagnosing,
reproducing, and fixing software and hardware issues. You will troubleshoot
protocols running on client hardware to assist customers with problem
isolation and resolution. Sales Engineers will facilitate Sales& Marketing
process, help clients understand technical concepts and follow up with
potential projects until finalizing the sales.
International travel is needed. We sponsor H1B visa.
Job Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working Knowledge of electrical & mechanical engineering concepts and/or
products
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to
utilize them in a customer facing environment
Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or related field and experience in
data storage, networking, system administration or technical support is a
PLUS, but NOT REQUIRED.
