There will be a living room available at a 1 br apt at Quincy Commons
Apartment at north Quincy from 12/01. Move-in date is flexible. The
apartment is very spacious and well facilitied. Please check their website
for more details.
The rent will be $650/month plus shared utilities (only electricity and
Internet bill). Water and Gas are included in the rent.
This apartment is 8 min walk to North Quincy T station, which is at red
line directly to MIT and Harvard.
Looking for a female roommate who will be sharing this apartment with
another girl working at MIT living in the bedroom.
