Customer Service Manager
Sunvalley Group - San Jose, CA
Sunvalley Group is a fast growing, private company in San Jose, whose world-
class staff are disrupting a multi-billion dollar global industry for
consumer electronics. Our founder created the company with a passion to
provide leading edge consumer electronic products including power banks,
desk lamps, Bluetooth speakers and headphones, and much more. Today,
millions of global customers enjoy products from Sunvalley Group's consumer
facing brands including: RAVPower, TaoTronics, HooToo, and VAVA Sound. We
currently sell the majority of our products through e-commerce, focusing on
Amazon.com.
Our Team
Sunvalley Group is seeking Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate
would be someone who has held leadership role with customer service while
delivering measurable results. The candidate must be a self-starter who
works well both independently and as part of a global team.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Feedback Represenatives by contacting customers
who left negative feedback experiences with our products and resolving
problems via phone and email.
• Conduct improvements to methods, processes and systems to improve
product ratings, efficiency, and metrics.
• Indentify and understand support patterns and build support
materials such as a FAQs, user manuals, guides, etc
• Provide suggestions on product improvements and revisions by
monitoring of customer complaints, feedback, return rates, and other aspects
• Handle and resolve customer escalations to mitigate damage to
brand recognition
• Work closely with our Global Offices to stay up to date on
current and new product launches
• Assist in answering inbound calls and emails
Requirements
- 3 years leadership role in a customer support environment
- Ability to use metrics to improve the efficiency of support team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Data Analysis Skills
- Familiarity and interest with tech products a huge plus
