well-maintained building. very clean, Very safe neighborhood
57 bus right in front of the building, 10-12 mins to BU and Kenmore.
Green B line station (warren street) is 5-7 mins walk.
Lots of stores and restaurants near by. CVS and YMCA within walking distance.
Prefer a quite and clean person. no pets, no smoking and no drugs.
$850 per month including utilities and internet.The room has two doors, one
of which leads to outside of the building, making it more of privacy.
