Advanced degree in Chemistry, Polymer or Material Science or 5+ years
chemical industry experience with a strong track record of product
development accomplishments.
Laboratory experience in chemical synthesis and analysis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Includes public
presentations at tradeshows or customer locations and preparation of patent
applications or papers for publication. (French or Chinese language skills a
plus.)
