Modern kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, and a lot of storage space. All
heat, gas, cold/hot water included.
The renting-out bedroom is spacious with 2 walk in closets.
F,E R,M Subway trains are one block away from the building which has 7
floors and the apartment is on the first floor.You do not need to wait for
the elevator in the morning rushing to work. Also one minute walk to subway
station, you do not need to suffer the coldness during the coming winter.
Laundry is in the basement. For E and F express Train, It only takes 25 to
30 mins to Midtown Manhattan. Austin street shopping area is right across
Queens Blvd.
All utilities are included except for the electricity which will be around
20 bucks a month depends on how much the tenant uses. Usually for me, I have
bill around 15 bucks a month. Last but not least I offer free wifi in the
apartment.
Your roommate is a young female professional in her late 20s. I work full
time in Manhattan and study part time in NYU. As a happy and easy going
person I am looking for a long-term female roommate who is considerate and
respectful. No party, No smoking, No overnight guest.
