Product Marketing Private Tour Team.

Salary: Base: $20.67/hr base, Commission: 1% of the revenue brings in. (No
PTO during May to Aug)
H1-B: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
Market and promote North America Private Tour Services to our Chinese
Speaking clients to achieve NORTH AMERICA Private Tour Team Revenue Target.
Extend customer base by adding customers using wechat & other social media
platform.
Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers to obtain the best
prices for our private tour packages.
Resourcefully source for operators to obtain competitive prices.
Provide accurate quotations and itinerary for customers in an efficient
manner.
Provide dedicated private tour services to customers and be available when
customers require assistance during their trips.
Effectively and efficiently resolve your customer’s challenging issues
faced during their tours.
Job Requirements:
has a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism / Business / Marketing;
must have travel industry experience;
must have demonstrable travel experience in NORTH AMERICA to prove you are a
travel specialist;
must have demonstrable private tour operation experience, preferably
arranging NORTH AMERICA tours;
must have demonstrable sales achievement experience;
is a committed problem solver who is willing to be on standby even on off-
days;
has an optimistic, approachable personality with great attention to details;
is able to build connection with strong influential and negotiation skills;
is a Mandarin speaker with fast Chinese typing speed;
has a passion for customers and commercial excellence.
Other:
PTO is 8 days per year (3 days paid sick leave included in this 8 days PTO),
additional 1 day
PTO earned for completion of each employment year.
As peak season is the best season for travel industry, all our sales cannot
be on leave from 01 May to end Aug.
