大家好！我由于工作变动要搬家，出租现在住的Studio Apartment 大单间，2018年2月
1日入住 - 5月31日到期，可以续租。地点非常黄金，离Grand Central只有4个街区，
旁边各种餐馆酒吧应有尽有。大楼本身是Luxury Building，有电梯丶门童／前台丶楼
下有洗衣房丶干净整洁丶邻居很安静。
Studio大单间很大，有两个大窗户丶光线好。有单独的厨房丶卫生间和很大的衣帽间／
走入式衣橱。存储空间很多。具体请见照片。
月租金$2500, 最后一个月（五月）免费，因此一共只要 $1875, 杂费每月$70左右（电
费和网络）。

I am moving to the West Coast and need to sublet my beloved apartment from
February 1st to May 31st, with the freedom to renew the lease. Monthly rent
is $2500/month with last month (May 2018) FREE so it comes up to $1875/month
! Utilities run about $70 per month (electricity high speed internet).
The apartment is a big studio with two large windows, a separate kitchen and
a separate dressing area/walk-in closet and separate linen closet with
ample storage space. It has plenty of day light and quiet neighbors. Please

This luxury building has 24 hour doorman, elevator, newly renovated laundry
room and it's in a golden location, a few blocks to Grand Central Terminal,
tons of restaurants and bars around.
I'm happy to show you the apartment on weekends, or weekdays before 9:30 am
and after 7:00 pm. |
