Job description
Operation / Marketing Analyst
Essential Functions:
·Create, manage and analyze marketing campaigns for online channels such as
search, display, social and mobile
·Provide daily and weekly reports, tracking and analyzing performance.
·Research and identify new mobile and display advertising networks, as well
as strategic traffic partners to work with.
·Share insights with the marketing/operation team and throughout the
organization and foster a collaborative learning environment.
·Assist marketing in the development of country-specific marketing
collateral such as web banners, emails, and text ads.
·Develop reporting and quality monitoring of processes and operations
reporting.
·Evaluates and provides recommendations to process owners and internal
stakeholders in the planning and execution of process improvement activities
including identifying suitable strategies, methodologies, and interventions
necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
·Provides business intelligence solutions by turning data into useful and
meaningful information so stakeholders can make timely and informed
decisions.
·Collects and analyzes data from system to system, assessing trends to be
used for performance improvement initiatives and to solve business or system
related problems (troubleshooting).
·All other duties assigned.
Skills and Knowledge Required
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to exercise independent judgment at all times.
·Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
·A track record of reliability and dependability.
·Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of data analytics experience required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (one hour for break) |
