Ranch, CA is looking for an office administrator. We are looking for someone
who is a fast learner, with positive and can-do attitude skills that can
assist in the development of the company. They must be trustworthy, and
committed to the company for the long term. There will be great opportunity
for growth within the company as we expand.

Duties and responsibilities
• General management of office, answering phones, responding to emails
• Maintain a safe, clean, orderly office environment
• Prepare shipping documents and prepare packages for shipping
• Maintain inventory management system and carry out periodic
inventory
checks
• Update inventories in retail on-line stores and data entry
• Follow up with customers about orders, returns and tracking status
• Help hiring and training new employees
• Assist in purchasing inventories, shipping and office supplies
• Perform other related work on an as-needed basis
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Associates or Bachelor Degree required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, honesty and integrity
• Great attention to detail and good follow-up skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Speak Fluent English
• Green card or US citizen
Job Type: Full-time(8 hours) or Part-time (6 hours)
Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Salary: Start as hourly position that may lead to a permanent position with
bonus. Rate is competitive and based on experience
