speed limit 30的牌子。 还没来得及完全减下来就看到前面有一块测速板，然后好像
还看到了闪光灯。想问一下Colorado有那种通过照相机来测速和发speeding ticket的
吗？ 我是外州驾照而且是租的车。speeding ticket会直接寄给我吗？还想问一下，

the license plate, the fee will charge to the credit card
you provide to the rental company directly, normally the amount is 40$, then
they will send the ticket to your address, the amount depends on where and
how much you over, I got an 124$ ticket for right turn without stop before a
red light.and I paid 164$ for that mistake. | y**********n
