不要门票，要趴车费$5maybe$7。有一个camping groud。google map 可以搜索到
值当去一天甚至camping的地方。景色很漂亮，水清湛见底。真正的自然野外。
必须要fly fish(我个人的经验感觉),power bait没用。
可以钓到很大的tiger trout, 那味道，鲜美无比。据说壶口处，那个水源入水点好
掉，我上次去的时候在淤泥里掉了一只鞋，-_-". 没探索过去。 |

但有一小片沙滩,夏天的时候,是BBQ和小孩玩水的好去处.

I am not sure which pond it was. Some one suggest the pond at the west of
Federal and 46th has very similar crappie behavoir like shown in the video.I

check the local store before you go, I am sure the Wadsworth store has them
in stock), Sportsman Warehouse, or BassPro shops for less than $50.

发帖数: 135 | 25 My favorite ice fishing spot is called "gravel pond" (turn right from main
entrance, once got "Kingfisher", turn right again, refer to http://parks.state.co.us/SiteCollectionImages/parks/Parks/Chatfield/ChatfieldAreaMap.pdf ). That pond is pretty deep (20 ft away from the shore can easily reach over 20 ft deep). In person I prefer to drill close to shore (say 8 to 15 ft from the shore where I caught most small mouth bass and perch). My drill spacing is about 10 ft. Yellow perch normally stayed in school. Once you launched one, you may expect a lot more from the same area. This is just the personal preference, some guy may prefer deeper area and they got their own theory. I experienced success by both approaches. So nothing was wrong, just pick the way you feel comfortable.
I always use small ice fishing jig (you can get the kit from wal-mart for
very cheap price) tipped with a little wax worm (I normally got them from
Petsmart). For a new drilled hole I may try it for 5 minutes (at most). If
nothing was there, move on to the next one. Once the total drilled holes
reached your personal limit (say 10 or 20), stop drilling, and retest each
hole again. In most time, if fishes were there, they will start bite at the
first 30 seconds (or even during the jig sinking), once you dropped jigs (
direct to the bottom, then move up 0.5 to 1 ft from the bottom), then either
put a sensitive bobber or just hold the pole. Normally fish bites very
light but you may still feel it. If you never caught any fish from ice, it
may take a little while to find the right timing get fish hooked (this may
the only "technique" for ice-fishing).
The neighbor ponds close to "gravel pond" also good for ice fishing (bass
and blue gills). Before start, just talk with as many people as you can.
Most people won't mind if you drop your line on their neighborhood (or even
just take over their abandoned holes).
In summary, the trickiest part for ice fishing is to locate the fish school
first. Remember that everything is on dynamic (fishes are swimming around,
weather changed day by day), please do not expect a fixed location where
fishes are waiting for you. Equipped with the right gears (ice auger, slide,
ice-fishing pole, etc.), walk around, talk with more people and drill more
holes. If you could afford a fish finder (or underwater camera), the process
of the fish school locating may dramatically shortened. I do not have any
high-tech stuff in my slide.
