the pressure difference is only 1 ATM
image that you are in a space ship
suddenly there is a hole on the shell of the space ship
the diameter or the hole is about 2"
there is nothing you can cover the hole, only thing you can use is your palm
then...what happens?
F = dP * S
dP = 1 ATM = 1E5 (Pa)
S = pai*D*D/4 = pai * 0.05*0.05/4 = 2E-3 (m^2)
F = 1E5 * 2E-3 = 2E2 (N)

there are always orifices in human body where liquid can go out
