i remember at that time intel is offering it for free
without support. now they released v7.0 but no longer
free now(only 30 day trial).
but both 6.0 and 7.0 seem to have some compatibility
problem with redhat9 |

The compatibility problem is due to the too high glibc
version. They will probably support RH9 in the next
version of ifc.

v7.0, v7.1. And the license file they e-mailed me is
still valid till today.

they sent me a license file. But the v7.1 license file has
been used on my machine for at least 3 monthes.
