I got a MS degree in CS. Have web design, database development experience
mostly in Oracle environment.I also did some bioinformatics projects. Such
as:
1) Using home made sw to identify TF interactions
2) Comparison of two sequences to identify similar cis-regulatory module
3) Rank comparison to identify light-sensitive genes
Learned lots of stuff these years, recently got green card, so came here to
look for a job. Can somebody here |
