发帖数: 42 | 1 Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a talented SQL Database
Developer who will manage the ETL and Data Modeling process which will feed
our Microstrategy Repository. The Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) is a
strategic and central part of the business. EDW is the trusted source of
company data and is rapidly expanding. This position will report to the Sr
. Director of EDW and work closely with the Principal EDW Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Develop designs for ETL scalability and ease of system management
• Report on ETL development estimates and delivery timeline
• Perform ETL performance tuning
• Accomplish ETL tasks as a member of dedicated Data Warehouse team
with clear understanding of business purpose
• Know ETL best practices (lineage tracking, transformation, data
validation, audit reporting)
• Understand and provide support for Business Intelligence query
and reporting tools (Microstrategy 9.0)
Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience with MS SQL Server 2003/2005/2008
• TDWI - CBIP - Certified Business Intelligence Professional is a
plus
• Microsoft - MCTS - Database Development or BI Development and
Maintenance is desired
• Experience with Data Warehouse Technology including ETL
• Understanding of Storage requirements as they relate to Database
MS SQL Server Database T-SQL
• MS SQL Stored Procedures and Scripts
• Knowledge of MS/SQL Server 2005/Microstrategy 9.0
• Experience working in Windows XP
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, MIS or related field
