I am looking for an experienced Perl programmer to parse information from
companies’ 10-k filings. The basic requirements of the project are:
(1) Delete part of text or tables that is not needed (I will give clear
instructions about how to clean the irrelevant text/tables in downloaded SEC
Filings).
(2) Use the remaining text and the Fathom package in Perl to calculate
the FOG Index.
