e**s 发帖数: 513	1 I am a biologist and need to do some bioinformatics analysis now. I need to install BLAST and Mira on the cluster. The stuff who maintains the bioinformatic cluster told me it's very difficult to install programs in the cluster (SunOS5.9). He is busy and doesn't want to help. I wonder if I can do it by myself. I only know tiny bit of linux. A lot of thanks for any suggestions!
