发帖数: 83 | 1 昨天晚上带上全家老少去Clinton的川园吃饭，不巧川园装修停业。以前每次去川园都
要经过一个日本料理店（丸寿司）Maru Sushi， 看起来装修还比较讲究，自夸纽约
best Japanese Cuisine。欣然入内。点了一个Sushi Deluxe和几个寿司卷。可以说这
是我在美国吃过的最差的寿司。鱼肉不新鲜，没有一点应有的光泽。米饭用了最差的大
米，估计比黄国宝还要差。日本寿司的大米用料很讲究，而且是寿司的灵魂，难怪寿司
大米又名舍利。这种寿司简直是对料理的侮辱。 | n****d
