Here most ppl use phone cards to make international calls.
So cellular phone doesn't really make difference.
The only thing is you only have limited time in weekday daytime,
so it's not so convenient as normal phones. | d****o

for phone card you misunderstood me. u can use phone card any time.
Now the rate is really really low, you can find some good quality
cards around 5 cents per minute.
what I mean by "limited time in weekday daytime" is this:
To use phone card you dial a 1-800 phone number first, then input
your password, then dial the number in China you want to call.
1-800 calls are free all over the US, so if you call from any
