I have a one-bedroom apartment(basement apartment) to sublet. It is
located on 436 Prospect Street (facing Divinity School), New Haven.
It is around Yale central compus and where Yale bus stops by. And it takes 5
minutes to drive to downtown of New Haven.
The monthly rent costs $575, including all (hot water, heat, and the
electricity). There are also a coin-operated washing machine and
dryer. Really economical and convenient. Off-street parking available.
One-month deposit needed.
