for 9 months. The police give me a ticket to showed that I vilate the 14-
12a section. Anyone has idea about it? it is serious? I can't drive now and
want to know what is the impact? DO I need to look for some lawyer?
I have to go to court next week. But DMV website showed they don't renew
registration by person. Is it possible for me to go there and get emergent
renew?

你最好去DMV和他们说一下好了

Yeah, actuarially, it expires last october. Yeah, I think I need to go to
DMV.
Is anyone familiar with section 14-12a, that is the police said that I
violate that section. Is it serious?

别紧张，这不是什么大事儿。 我当时去 new britain的DMV， 拿着过期的
REGISTRATION, 被告知需要等三个小时，于是拿着号回家看了会儿电视，三小时后回来
，正好到我，交了７０多块钱， 给了我一个贴在窗户上的标签，重新打了张
registration, 搞定。
接着把复印件以及警察给我的罚单， 一起寄给法庭，并宣称自己无罪，拒绝付罚款，
一个多月以后，法庭通知我说， case has been dismissed. 没我什么事儿了，罚款
也免了
