见人追着跑，非常可怕
该如何制止这种行为？
邻居也不理我们的抗议

go away. People's run trigers dog's interest to play/chase people.
Google some tips on how to avoid dog's attack.
I go fishing at pond where people walk their dogs. I learned my lesson by
ignoring dogs when they approach me. It works so far.
