apartment from May 1st, 2012 to August 31, 2012 ( you can sign a long term
lease with the owner if you would like to stay after August 31,2012) , which
is located in 69 Whitney Ave, New Haven, CT 06510. The move-in/move-out
date could be flexible! And I will give you extra discount if you stay for
the whole four months.
The room is fully furnitured with with central air-conditioner. The rent
will be about $550/month, including everything (water, electricity, internet
& cable, gas, air conditioner as well as many living facilities, plus free
cleaning every week). If you can stay for the whole four months(May - August
2012), I can offer you further discount!
No smoking, No pets please. Single only!
The location is very good since you can conveniently go to Hong Kong grocery
(just 20 meters!), to many restaurants nearby and to most Yale labs and
campus areas. The roommates are all nice members of Yale community.
