发帖数: 98 | 2 For property tax that is due in summer of 2012, the grand list or property
list is cut-off as 10/1/2011. In another word, the tax bill other people get
recently is for their last year's tax, if they still own the property as of
10/1/2011.
So if you bought the car in November (BTW, congrats on your new car), your
car is not included in the 2012 tax bill. You will receive a bill in July or
