I need to break my contract and therefore I will provide 500$ to the person
who will rent the apartment. The location of this apartment is very
convenient to get to Hartford metropolitan areas.

My current contract will be ended on Jan31, 2015. The new rent will be based
on the lease term. You will sign up the contract with Stepny Place. The 500
