发帖数: 106 | 1 Today my LD and I took the first ride of the season.
I guess you can call it a cross-country trail. Elevation gain was about 1200
ft. at the highest point. My biggest impression was "I can't believe how
out of shape I am..."
It's a nice trail to warm up and get in shape to. Not very long, 7 miles.
With all the climbs, it felt like 10+ miles.
Lot of joggers along the trail since it's such a nice day, 75+ degrees. Lots
of fully equiped bikers along the trail, tights, jerseys, the whole nine...
