发帖数: 1498 | 1 Felt a lot better this time. Same course, 2.2km/lap, 10 laps. I was in
group 1 (My CAT 5 age group got split into two groups for safety reasons.
My field was about 40-50 people.) At the whistle, the pack started moving
quickly. At lap 1, we were moving at about 24 mph. My HR quickly got to
the high 170's.
This time I felt more confident at the corners. I was able to not only keep
pedaling through the turns, but also to accelerate out of them. This
