group ride, 75 miles, averaged 18 mph (?), not quite sure as i forgot to
reset my computer.
took a break at a park with a natural spring (天然温泉), everyone jumped in
for like 10 mins, very relaxing!
last 10 miles the group split into 2, our fast group cruised at around 25
mph and had a sprint in the end (i did not win).
a year ago today (05/03/08), i had a big crash at 20 mph, broke my left
wrist and right elbow.
this is THE perfect way to celebrate the anniversary. |
