刚好我住过的俩州都在里面，所以我一直以为bicycle不能上freeway.我住过的俩州很
多上高速的地方都有个大牌子，"non-motorized vehicle prohibited"

以前在别的版跟人探讨这个问题也狗过
有的州用highway指全封闭式高速
加州就不是，加州很多highway很多路段就是普通local街道
freeway才是那种封闭告诉

以可以上髙速骑路肩。

中文所谓的高速是interstate和turnpike。
别的那些速限快/路线长的公路中文没这词，美国人叫us route。
interstate/turnpike上一般不可以骑车。
