way too much bar tape. you don't need anything on top. get rid of the end
plugs.
cables are too heavy. get nokon or powercordz since you can get dealer price

too much steering tube showing. dial in your geometry, cut down steering
tube and lose those spacers.
oh yeah, take off that headset top cap.
and you used long stem tubes on a WW build? wtf are you thinking?

now i feel terrible. you bike shop people suck!
i'm sure you're just jealous...
ok, i was kidding:) thanks for the tips weather. when i get faster and
want to be UCI illegal i will go to the extreme as you suggested. |

say, a couple inches. Then you need to find a 10cm stem of 30 degrees?

least 10 cm of saddle to handlebar drop.
bonus points if you peel off all stickers. |

I think flipping the stem is a good idea too. not for weight savings, but
for increasing stiffness. your headtube is probably a little short. so the
look of a reversed stem is not that much worse than a stack of spacers
anyway. |
