cancer, so we went by his pace. In the end, the average was 16 mph. It was a
lot of fun and it was very meaningful despite the painfully slow speed.
First TT, fairly flat, 10 miles with a U-turn. It was on my road bike and I
stayed on the hoods. I've been itching to get into TT and wanted to set a
baseline before spending any money. Averaged 22.5 mph. I did not pace very
well and ran out of gas at the 7.5 mile mark. To to | h******2

发帖数: 1498 | 3 i think for you 25mph on a 10-mile TT is fairly attainable with a TT bike and all the aero gears.

发帖数: 428 | 4 Haha, actually one guy dropped out 5 miles into the ride, and two dudes didn't pull much at all. I pulled quite a bit the first 20 miles, and then gave up and just sucked wheels.
It was disgusting, when I got dropped, I looked down and literally the
entire bike was covered in dirt and sand. My white jersey and white bar-tape looked completely black. My mouth was filled with sand.
