发帖数: 893 | 4 the bookshelf pair is a kit. I don't like the big xover board though. the
towers also have xover parts preselected by the designer already and I didn'
t change anything (such as going for better quality components). so
basically all I need to do is to construct the enclosure, assemble the
xovers for the towers, and maybe experiment with internal damping, port
tuning frequency, and adjust the padding resister for the tower tweeter and
mid a bit to get my preferred tonal balance. I am not gonna go

发帖数: 893 | 5 for some reason I was never excited about the analog and tube stuff. so far
I have only been interested in the achieving a flat FR and low distortions
in the speakers. But I would like to have an amp with lower S/N and more
power though.

have gotten an old Italian steel frame. and when I wife questions my
decision, I will just say Hengmei said it's a must...:)
