一下，
1。 除了头盔手套，还需什么装备？看到鞋子也入列，不知为何要特定的鞋子？
2。 需要经过什么样的训练强度？（从现在开始）
3。 一般自行车的外胎和内胎在正常损耗的情况下可以走多少迈？需要几个内外胎备胎？
4。 如何避免/减少身体与车子长时间接触而磨伤？特制的衣物？
先想到了这几条，请有经验的帮着解答一下？

车上的水瓶夹子 x 2 ，水瓶 x 2，墨镜，头汗带，打气筒，bike computer
鞋子有锁扣（clipless)，可以锁定在踏板上提高效率。看来你还需要给车配带clip的
踏板。
Depends on 你现在的体力（耐力）水平，如果是马拉松runner，不需要专门训练也能
搞定。我的经验是如果你能轻松地以18mph平均速度骑30miles以上就可以。
胎？
和路况还有骑车习惯很有关系，最差的大概在2000miles以内。但是特殊情况下，一个
坑或者一块玻璃就完蛋了。短途出门可以带一个内胎加基本工具。不过你如果没有练习
过换轮胎，在路上出问题大概只好请别人帮忙。

I will try to get those gears.
I think physically, I am in a pretty good shape. I tried to bike on a
stationary bike. Once I did 60 minutes ride for 17 miles, and another time I
ride 16 miles in 54 minutes.
Another question: which way is cheaper (relatively) or less hassle to get
those gears? On-line or in bike shops? |

Outfit/shoes/pedal need to be tried so always go to local general sports/
bike store at least for the first .
Others can be get either online or local depending on the cost/quality.
