下面刺痛，就放弃了，过了一夜发现愈发严重，右腿不能承重，无法走路，痛的地方在
右膝盖下方，之后慢慢转移到右下方，因为万恶的美帝医疗体制，约见医生已是四天以
后，这时候膝盖已经基本恢复了，医生看不出个所以然，只是拍了个x光片，是正常的
。我现在还是怀疑和骑车有关，现在有点投鼠忌器，不敢出去骑了，版上的xd 有经验

发帖数: 3290 | 7 Check your shoe cleats position. If it is too forward, that could cause a
problem to your knee. It should feel very solid as if the center line of
pushing force is in the center of a rod from ankle to knee when it is in the
right position. Otherwise, you create a small lever if the force line is in
front of your knee.
Sounds like you have tendinitis. Massage around your knee whenever you have
a chance can help a lot. My personal experience is to use hot patch (you
have to find one that is good) |

pain just went away.
I have been riding for 15 years (not counting the Flying Pegeon years) so it
's not saddle position or pedaling habit. Purely random occurrence. |
