It rained hard for the whole Saturday night, and the course was totally new to me (never got a chance to pre-ride it). Txted my buddy on my way there, and this is what I got back from him "lol. i dunno. i decided after i look outside sleeping is way more fun. i'm sure it's on". I then replied "you lazy girly bastard". haha...

Skill level wise:
Sport - 3 laps (roughly 9km each)
Expert - 4 laps
Elite (including pros) - 5 laps
Age wise:
Peewee (10-12), Minime (13-14), Cadet(15-16),Junior (17-18), Senior (19-29),
Master (30-34), (35-39), (40-44), (45-49), (50-54), (55-59), (60+) |

了，上个月终于寿终就寝了。新换了一个Trek Circuit，非常合适我
的圆头型，特别满意，还比Giro便宜一半。

定的team environment，就荒废了，今年算是稍微稳定些，从四月份雪季结束开始了一
些较为系统的训练，现在感觉找回一些form，打算明年重返赛场，争取能upgrade to
Cat 3。美国公路骑手分5个categories外加pro。山地骑手好像也是3个等级。我现在
Southern NH和Boston一带。

赛。那时刚从冬眠中苏醒过来，成绩非常不理想，但是至少没有卷
入接二连三的crash中，也算达到我尝试公路车赛的目的了。

Expert的比赛都在下午1：30开始，意味着全天都要耗进去。

点左右，加上热身1小时，注册及开车时间，经常4，5点就得爬起来，所以就想着早点
升级。Cat 3是一个质的跳跃，还是得下狠功夫的。

11点半开始。早上8点起床，不慌不忙的也来得及。要让我8点就开赛，那我肯定早升级
了。

发帖数: 3290 | 20 是的，现在是只专公路。Looks like I have to focus on one thing if I ever want
to upgrade to Cat 3. I know many riders have been trying for years and
couldn't get it done. Of course, some talented one or some of those who
switched from mountain biking can upgrade to Cat 3 or even Cat 2 in just one
year. But, they are few. I already started to worry about the winter that I
couldn't keep up with my shape if I spend too much time on skiing.
But mountain biking is fun. I have done it a little bit many years ago.

actually even more competitive. Good luck on the coming races, and we want
to see action shots!!
After my wreck in May, I have decided that I will only focus on TTs and hill
climbs, no more pack-style mass races...

might want to do more road races than crits too. I had been lucky that I did
not crash in my race year but had been close a couple of times. Good luck

race. I need to do it as part of my triathlon race.
You had a big crash in May? Any crash report posted here? There were so many
crashes in my first road race back in April. It's really scary! So, I think
that might very likely be my last road race as well.
